This article makes reference to “twenty-odd military bases established in Central and South America and the Caribbean.” I am working on a project with my NGO mapping US military presence in Latin America. I think the author seems to know more about these bases than we do. Could you please send us the information you have on base location in the region? It would be much appreciated!
