Very interesting insight and methodology on getting home grown solutions. I was really elated with the concise and practical suggestions.
Given the situation in the South which diverse and varies among different contexts, ‘home grown solution and ownership’ is an interesting breakthrough towards a local-based and local-oriented development. It will also challenge the mainstream approach of single package of knowledge and policy intervention in the name of development from the North which is injected into the South without considering their specific needs and circumstances.
