We Stand With Cuba! African American Declaration in Continued Solidarity with the Cuban Revolution
1 Comment »DECLARATION OF AFRICAN AMERICAN ACTIVISTS, INTELLECTUALS AND ARTISTS IN CONTINUED SOLIDARITY WITH THE CUBAN REVOLUTION
Cuban expatriate Carlos Moore and the other signers of the December 1, 2009 ACTING ON OUR CONSCIENCE: DECLARATION OF AFRICANAMERICAN SUPPORT FOR THE CIVIL RIGHTS STRUGGLE IN CUBA do not speak for or represent the vast majority of Black radicals/progressives, nor the sentiment of the masses of African Americans in the United States. .

A debate has emerged in the Black liberation movement over racism in Cuba. This is a critical moment for this contradiction to create new imperialist options for Obama, while keeping Blck people silent. We have a web site to help further the struggle, defend Cuba and fight racism wherever it is found.
Here is a website about the debate (for, against, and the Cuban response) as well as documents of African Americans in Cuba.
ALSO: a video tape of Fidel speaking to a delegation of African American activists.
